This is a story about four friends, alex, arsene, rafa and jose. This is a story about friendship and a story about the trials and tribulations of growing up.
Our story takes place in a place called Kampung Real epl manager school. he four friends enrolled in the epl manager school as youngsters who have alot of angst and enthusiasm for the knowledge that they were about to receive and keen to excel one day and become the top manager of the epl.
All 4 lads came from different backgrounds and brought together different experiences and each have a very unique personality.
Alex is temperamental and easily agitated and bascally likes to bitch about things that do not go his way.
Jose is a smooth talker and a hit with the ladies, and it helps that he is rich (due to the influence of his guardian, Mr Roman Abramovich) and able to afford many many trenchcoats.
Rafa is the quiet one, always giving sound advice and always the wise one. Mr nice guy so as to say.
Arsene is just a funny guy. His words do not make sense half the time and he likes to spout rubbish that people find totally ridiculous, but he is the one to bring laughter to the group.(though he has a chow bin)
So it is that fate placed them within the same barracks of Kampung real. Due to their nature and easy going characters, they soon became good friends and vow to rule over the epl together someday. They spent many many hours together, discussing tactics and the best possible strategy for their team. Though training was hard, the support that each one gave to the others was enough to see them thru. Their training would include training on the state of the art simulation system called Championship Manager 3.
All seems to be going well until jose became obsessed with winning the english premier league on the system and being the top manager in the school. However, no matter how hard he tried, the title remained elusive to him. At that time, alex got his sight set on the uefa champions league and received support from his other 3 friends to go all out for it. However, things are not to be and alex got disqualified from the tournament by uefa even before the tournament started without a proper explanation from uefa. He was rather upset by this decision and an appeal was turned down. However, he realised that life goes on and that he should concentrate on honing in on his skills in order to make it as a real top manager next time.
However, more trouble was brewing as jose's team was one of the seeded teams in the champions league. uefa seem to have a real preference towards jose and this upset alex a fair bit and the fact that jose is now concentrating on the champions league and forgotten about his friends seem to affect the others as well. Things was so bad till there was a period of time where alex and jose hardly talked, however things are better now and that jose is also on the verge of winning the champions league, as they hold a 3-0 lead going into the 2nd leg semi-final encounter with barcelona.
alex, rafa and arsene remained close and continued their learning journey, most of the time without jose and even if it was with jose, it was to utilise his state of the art tactics management system and even came to accept a new member, Park Ji Sung, into their group.
Rafa was closest to alex and they soon realised that arsene has been drifting apart and they soon realised why. arsene had started training to in order to capture the FA cup, league cup and the community shield, all without the knowledge of rafa and alex initially. it was once said that they would discuss all tactics together but arsene disappointed rafa and alex. it seems that arsene still do not know that rafa and alex knows that he is training for the 3 titles behind their back and would sometimes choose to work on the 3 titles alone than discuss tactics with rafa and alex.
it seems that all is not well in kamoung real and can our 4 trainee managers pull thru together and go on to the epl and become top managers or will something happen that change the fate of our 4 characters?
